Add sanity checks to the application, get it through a QA phase.

Right now there are some things that don't work as they should in the application.

For example:
- If no properties are selected to be used for the comparison of files, why does the application start scanning anyway? what is it going to compare when done scanning?
- If the language of the application changes during an scan the application either crashes or doesn't show the results after the analysis is done.
